Why do I need to be able to do without my money for at least 10 years to invest in shares with you?

The facts tell us that recovery from a stock market crash or recession usually takes no longer than 10 years.So if you can do without your money for more than 10 years, the risk that your investments will be worth less than when you started is very low. In the meantime, you will also collect dividend payments and the value of your shares will simply grow along with inflation. This approach does mean that you must be prepared to endure (very) significant price fluctuations in the meantime. You can trust us to always help you keep a cool head at such times - that is in fact the essence of our service. It is not without reason that we are called Stoic.
